2021 Conference CFP – Deadline Extended to Sept 8
Dear ISSRNC colleagues,
We’ve all been facing challenges of time and energy this summer as we prepare for and begin classes under a worldwide pandemic. The obligations and the uncertainties of travel, professional development, and family responsibilities were reasons we elected to organize a smaller virtual conference this coming year as an appetizer, as it were, for a more traditional and larger scale conference in 2022. The ISSRNC board is grateful for the time and effort put into the submissions we’ve received so far.
We heard from many of our members that they needed a bit more time developing their proposals, so we’ve extended the CFP deadline until Sept 8. If you have an individual submission and need help filling out a 2 or 3 person panel with a respondent, or if you would be interested in serving as a respondent, please email .
Given the technological scaffolding we’ve now secured and having been encouraged by watching other conferences move online, we also now hope to offer poster session/working groups for graduate students and early career scholars to share their work in progress. More information will be available in late September.
Please, if you put off applying or were waiting to find a few more people to flesh out a panel, let us know right away!
We hope to hear from you by September 8th!
