Room reservations are non-transferrable. In the event that you need to make changes to or cancel your reservation, please contact conference organizer Amanda Nichols (). Reservations cancelled prior to March 25, 2025 will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and a refund will be issued within 10 days. Reservations cancelled on or after March 25, 2025 are non-refundable. Any charges for lost keys, or damaged or stolen property will be billed to the occupant of the assigned room.
